The love everyone put in the job, is a key factor in order to obtain the best for the clients. To pay attention to the details and to the necessities of our clients are the main axis for all the team.

We think that a well-knit team can go everywhere.






Lunch:
From 12:30 to 16:30

Dinner:
From 20:00 to 23:30


We close Sunday evenings and Mondays

Nacho is already 20 years working as chef and his curiosity and his refined sense of taste let him cook to make others senses fly.
With and resolute firm character, he coordinates all the kitchen team and establish the gastronomy tendencies of the restaurant.
He loves motor sports world and he is an enthusiast and lover of animals.


Manu
Cook



Manu is a nautical student and he y combines his studies with the world of gastronomy.
His focused personality and efficient work makes him an excellent cook and colleague.
He loves motorbikes and everything related with the ocean.


Suso
Cook



Suso is a big fan of good food combinations and flavours refinement.
He is a charming, focused and overall excellent colleague.
He loves football and gastronomy.

 

Alex
Mâitre




Alex carries deeply inside his profession. He enjoys doing unique and quality clients experiences.
Curious by nature, he loves to discover new products and flavours.
He likes to read and he is a big lover of wines.


Eddy
Waitress

Waiter



The youngest member of our team. He combines his job with his hospitality studies.
He can be proud of very good professional skills and overall of his natural inclination about learning.
He likes sports practicing, specially football and paddle.


Oliver Álvarez
Sales&Quality Manager



Between other functions, he draws the marketing strategy of the restaurant and is the responsible of the quality management in the local.
Analytic and charming at the same time, he enjoy his free time surrounded by technology, his pets, in the nature or in company of his friends.
